The Accounting Standards Board (AcSB) and the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) have jointly issued an Invitation to Comment inviting feedback on the future of financial reporting standards in use by not-for-profit organizations. Many provincial accounting associations are arranging meetings to receive stakeholder input. The format of the meetings will vary. In some cases, representatives of the AcSB and the PSAB will provide a short presentation and take questions. In other cases, roundtables are planned for participants who have expressed an interest in engaging in a more in depth dialogue.
